• Where is the store based?

  Washington, D.C.

• Howard University students are given their caps only a few days in advance, how will I get my cap decorated in time?

  We are highly anticipating HU students thus we are accepting pre-orders. Your order must be placed in advance so that your design will be complete by the University's pick-up day for caps.

• Can I pick up my cap in person?

  Yes, we actually prefer to have all purchases picked up in person.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  The turn around time for pick up orders is 4 to 10 business days.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 4 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!
